Reasonable starting salary, only reviewed twice yearly with a long and convoluted process to possible get a bonus or a pay rise.

1) For a graduate, it's at par or slightly below market level in my opinion. 2) Bonuses varies depends on the level you are at, time worked on the project and how well the area of the business has fared for the financial year.

Have not been a part of bonus cycle as yet. But pay wise, Accenture is on the higher end when compared to the average graduate salary.

Above average pay out of uni. But can climb quickly to very high pay if you work hard and learn quickly. Base pay plus bonus scheme is the norm

We are paid much less than a graduate engineer, and other companies. However, our pay does go up the longer we are with the company (e.g. manager)

Best perks include deals/coupons with Samsung, JB HI FI , Coles and Woolies. There are also tie ups with Telstra. Depending on the project you are working on, there would be dinners, movie nights and team outings.

There are many. - always social events happening every week - perks at work scheme that provides useful discounts - will cover all work related expenses if on project and within policy - provides allowances where applicable
