Very flexible - my workplace allows me to take some time off for personal appointments (provided I give some notice). Flex time also means I can leave earlier/arrive later than usual on some days.

My work hours are very flexible, we are expected to complete 7 hours and 21 minutes a day, but we can build up flex to allow us to start later, finish early etc. If any unexpected events pop up we are encouraged to leave and reminded not to worry about hours, it will be sorted later.

I work an average of 7.35 hours a day but with flex, I can make better use of my time by working slightly longer and then finishing earlier on a Friday. If I have had a very busy workload that resulted in me building up 1 day or so worth of flex, then I would be entitled to a flex day off. I can also work from home so if I have to go out for an appointment, I can complete my work from home after.

VERY flexible - I generally start around 9:30 and finish between 5:30-6pm, which is what works best for my extra curricular activities. Others in my office start at 7 and leave just after 3.

My area is highly supportive of maintaining a positive work/life balance. I have access to flexible start and finish times and flex time so I can work longer days when needed, and shorter days other days or build up flex credit to take a day off.

On average I work 36-37 hours a week. However on some weeks I work more due to urgent deadlines, I have flex as a part of my work which is great.
