Variable. Some buildings are new, some have old low quality facilities.

Good location with recently refurbished office

We are in the process of transitioning to a new building. Dress code is good - not too formal in my work area which works well for me.

Nice offices but not enough desks. Good kitchen facilities. Good dress code (casual side of work attire but still nice and presentable) and many staff wear uniform.

Over the last year, improvements have been made, but my office building itself is still quite old, the elevator and air-conditioning/heating have issues. Dress code is smart casual.

My current office space is quite old - the lifts take turns to not work, and heating and cooling are inconsistent across the building. My office is located in Belconnen, which gives better parking opportunities than the city. Dress code is fairly relaxed

My office is currently being transitioned to an "Activity Based Workplace", with partitions etc being taken away and as a result the office can be a noisy and distracting work environment. Dress code depends mostly on the team. Some areas are very formal, others very causal. Generally most areas do casual Friday at the very least.

My office space is quite overcrowded at the moment but there are plans to address this. The workplace is not particularly accessible, it's out in the suburbs, but there's always free parking. The dress is relatively casual. It depends on what area you're working in but a lot of people will just wear jeans etc.

My office floor is all open plan with a communal kitchen. The kitchen could've been a bit better designed but this is a small criticism.

Dress code is standard for a public service organisation, however casual clothes are sometimes worn too. Quality of offices and facilities varies significantly, some office spaces are excellent while others are poorly refurbished high school buildings or office floors. Break out spaces vary depending on the age of office. New office buildings are being built as activity-based work spaces.

Dress code is business casual. It is a fairly relaxed environment - no blazers needed!

Dress code depends on the area, can be relaxed or formal.

The ACTPS have a range of types of offices and I've only been in a couple. The ones I've been in have had good facilities.

My office location is great for me with free parking, the office space is nice and the kitchen is modern. The dress code is standard business attire.

Office space and location is excellent at ACT Health. Dress code ranges from fairly casual to quite formal - dependent on level but also personal choice. Many people wear jeans on Fridays.

Our Directorate is spread out across several offices. Some are new start of the art facilities including ping pong tables and treadmills and others are much older offices. Most of my directorate is moving into a brand new building at the end of 2020 which is exciting. Dress code is smart casual with some staff in client facing roles requiring a uniform.

ACTPS Offices vary - some are very modern and some are quite aged; however, lots of new office buildings are currently under construction and new equipment is being rolled out.
